Please find below how to reach the conference location if you are coming to Rome either by plane or by train. Coming by car is not recommended.

From Fiumicino “Leonardo Da Vinci” International Airport

By taxi: fare 48 Euros, it takes about 50 minutes, up to 90 minutes in heavy traffic conditions.

By train: the easiest way is to take the Leonardo Express direct train to Termini Station. From there you can walk to via Cavour (it takes about 15 minutes) or take a taxi or Metro B (one stop to Cavour Station). As an alternative from the same train station of Fiumicino airport you can take a local train to Ostiense Station and then Metro B to Cavour station. From Ciampino Airport

By private transportation, book a shuttle bus (there are several companies) or take a taxi (same fare from da Vinci Airport). By public transportation, take a bus to Anagnina red line Metro A station, then go to Termini station. Visit the Ciampino Airport website for further details at www.adr.it.

By train, from other Italian cities

Main Italian cities are connected to Roma Termini railway station by frequent fast trains (Freccia Rossa or Freccia Argento, operated by Trenitalia - www.trenitalia.com; Italo, operated by NTV - www.italotreno.it)

From Termini railway station

By Metro B line to Cavour station or walk for 1.4 km (see the map at the “Venue” page).

By car

If you decide to come by car, which is the not the best option in our opinion, please use any navigation software to find the best route to the conference location depending from where you are coming.
Just be aware that parking is not easy, the available parking spots will be almost filled completely starting from 9.30 am and besides almost the entire area is a blue zone with a parking fare of 1 €/hr from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm during working days.
The best option could be to leave your car in a garage or private parking lot of the hotel where you are staying (please ask information to your hotel directly) and to reach the conference by foot or by public transportation.
