Presentation timings:
Plenary Speakers: 50 min. (+ 5 min. for Q&A)
Invited Speakers: 22 min. (+ 3 min. for Q&A)
Regular Speakers: 12 min. (+ 3 min. for Q&A)
Important notice: In order to keep the sessions running to schedule and allow questions from the audience it is very important to keep the presentations within the allotted time. The speaker will be cut short if his/her presentation over-runs the allotted time.
PowerPoint presentation submission - Deadline: 27 November 2017
All speakers are expected to produce a PowerPoint presentation. Your PowerPoint presentation is required in advance of the Workshop in order to make the necessary arrangements for downloading your file onto the computer in the conference room. Please submit your powerpoint by email by November 27 to: pre17@centrofermi.it
Back-up copy
As a precaution, all speakers must also bring a copy of their PowerPoint presentation to the event on an USB memory stick.
Changes to your presentation
Please note that you will not be able to make any changes to your presentation on the day of your session, nor use your own laptop for your presentation. If you must make changes to your presentation, you must bring your new presentation on USB memory stick the day before your session and deliver it to the secretary desk.
The registration and all the scientific sessions will be held at the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering, Sapienza University of Rome, located in Via Eudossiana 18.
The Social Dinner will be held at the Roof Garden Restaurant of the Hotel Forum, via Tor dei Conti 31. Please register at your earliest convenience.
