A welcome cocktail will be offered during the registration time, from 17:00 to 19:00 on Wednesday 29 November, in the Cloister of the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering, Sapienza University of Rome, located in Via Eudossiana 18.
A social dinner will be held in the evening of Friday, 1 December, at 20:00.
Unfortunately, we could not organize - as originally planned - a party in the newly restored building of the Enrico Fermi Center (www.centrofermi.it), together with a visit to the famous “goldfish fountain”, where, in October 1934, Enrico Fermi had the proof that water is effective to slow down the neutrons, so enormously enhancing their ability to induce radioactivity. In fact, still the new building may not be open to public.
The dinner will be held in the Roof Garden Restaurant of the Hotel Forum, Via Tor dei Conti, 31 - Roma. The Roof Garden Restaurant overlooks the Imperial Forums, directly in front of the Forum of Nerva. The panoramic restaurant offers a view that stretches from Piazza Venezia with the King Victor Emanuel Monument, across the Imperial Forums to the Basilica of Maxentius and the Colosseum.
The Hotel Forum is less than 10 minutes on foot from the venue of the Workshop.

Hokusai: in the footsteps of the Master
Till 14 January 2018, the Ara Pacis Museum in Rome will host an exhibition dedicated to Katsushika Hokusai, comprising 200 artworks.
MONET. Capolavori dal Musée Marmottan, Parigi
The exhibition Monet, which is to be held from 19 October 2017 to 11 February 2018 at the Complesso del Vittoriano - Ala Brasini, Rome, showcases 60 works by the father of Impressionism.
